Interaction works in partnership with our clients to assist them change their business, their people and their organisations in challenging times. Our focus in change management is on the people.

Our clients know Interaction delivers effective, consistent, individually tailored change management programs, large and small, that help people contribute to change. Interaction works with the public, private and not for profit sectors.

Interaction consultants offer a range of change management consultancy services. Our consultants have extensive senior experience in the public sector. Their knowledge, skills base and expertise enable Interaction to achieve successful consultancies across a range of sensitive and complex assignments.

Interaction is a Registered Training Organisation and won the 2011 Telstra ACT Small Business of the Year Award, and was also selected as a finalist in the Social Responsibility category.
