Change Management

Interaction designs and delivers programs, or interventions, to improve staff productivity and flexibility in organisations that are undergoing change. We take a people-centred approach to our change management assignments and work at all levels: organisation, teams and individuals.

All of our work by its very nature contributes to change management in work places, but specific approaches include:
• issues resolution workshops
• coaching individuals and groups through change
