Change Management
Interaction designs and delivers a range of programs and interventions, to assist organisations, teams and individuals be ready for, and implement change. Our programs are tailored to reflect the change objectives and process and culture of the organisation. They can range from short change readiness seminars to comprehensive programs with a number of elements. We can also develop practical tools to assist organisations plan for, and implement change.
Examples of recent change management interventions we have designed and facilitated include:
• planning meetings for leaders driving change processes
• one series of one hour seminars for managers and team members
• workshops on managing change for leaders
• workshops for staff affected by change on issues such as preparing for change, participating in change, career planning and securing the next position
• face-to-face and phone coaching for staff affected by change.
Examples of tools to support change processes that we have developed include:
• a comprehensive suite of practical tools for staff and managers including checklists (for planning change, managing people and communicating change), scripts and templates for communicating change and people and job impact assessments; and
• guides and practical tips for staff affected by change including preparing resumes and job applications, preparing for interviews and career planning.
