Coaching, Mentoring and Strategic Advice
Interaction provides coaching and mentoring services to staff at all levels in the public sector.
We work in partnership with our coachees to build their capacity. We modify and adapt our coaching approach to meet their needs which means that sometimes we are a facilitator, mentor, motivator, guide or teacher. Whatever our approach, it is usually structured.
We coach managers and staff through one-on-one or group sessions to:
