Improving Organisation/Team Performance Issue Resolution
We design and implement mentoring programs which include preparing guidelines, running information sessions and providing ongoing assistance and coaching to program participants.
We conduct team building and planning to improve relationships, communication and internal working arrangements. Teams can assess their level of effectiveness against a range of measures and plan for improvement where required. Subsequent workshops can be held for sub-teams to address specific issues and develop operational plans.
We provide assistance to teams in the APS to restructure and implement organisational change programs. This leads to more streamlined work practices and processes, and improved reporting and operating arrangements for staff.
