Karen has a strong track record of leading change management processes and introducing innovative management strategies to support achievement of business outcomes.

Karen joined Interaction after working as a successful Executive and Senior Human Resources Manager in the public sector. As a highly experienced HR professional Karen has considerable knowledge of the full range of people management activities at both an operational and strategic level. Her experience includes HR policy, organisational reviews, workplace relations and learning and development.

Karen is professionally accredited in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Team Management Systems (TMS). She is also trained in facilitation and conflict resolution and is a well regarded and experienced presenter and facilitator.
