Professional Background

Karen has a strong track record of designing and delivering highly quality and innovative solutions for clients. She has significant experience in developing training workshops and programs, coaching staff at all levels and working with organisations to design and implement improved HR strategies.

Karen's training and facilitation experience is in the areas of leadership and management, performance management, change management, team building as a well a wide range of other people skills such as coaching and facilitation. As a highly experienced HR professional Karen has considerable knowledge of the full range of people management activities at both an operational and strategic level. She has assisted organisations review and implement new structures, performance management arrangements and service delivery strategies.

Karen has been working as a consultant at Interaction for over ten years. In her public sector career she was a successful Executive and Senior Human Resources Manager.

Karen is professionally accredited in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Team Management Profile (TMP). She is trained in facilitation and conflict resolution and is a well-regarded and experienced presenter and facilitator.
