Lesley Richards
Director
Lesley is the Director of Interaction Consulting Group, a boutique management consulting firm that works in partnership with its clients to build their capacity. Lesley has 30 years experience working in, and with, the Australian Public Service. She has extensive experience in people management at all levels and is particularly successful assisting people and organisations to reach their full potential and move forward. She has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enable her to be a highly effective facilitator.

Lesley is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is an accredited trainer and qualified facilitator in a range of methodologies including Technology of Participation and Open Space Technology. Lesley is also accredited to use the full range of Team Management Systems Index tools and the DiSC Personal Profile System. In addition, she is trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and workplace assessment and is accredited in the Lifestyles Inventory Multi-Source Feedback Instrument. She has a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training (TAA40104).
Lesley has experience in corporate and people management, international environment policy coordination, developing and managing government programs, consulting with non-government organisations and community groups and communication and public relations.
Lesley has a Bachelor of Applied Science in the Conservation of Cultural Materials from the University of Canberra and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Lesley is currently working towards accreditation by the International Coach Federation.
