Personal Wellbeing

The term wellbeing is a relatively recent inclusion in life, and its origins reflect the changing needs of people. Wellbeing has different meanings for different people.

This program introduces participants to wellbeing strategies through mind, body and spirit by incorporating better nutrition, activity, rest and relaxation patterns, and the right attitude. It will open the door to the possibility that wellbeing can be significantly improved by making small, achievable changes.
