Richard joined Interaction following a successful career in the public sector, including three years as a Senior Executive Band 1.
Richard has an extensive leadership background and has worked in both large and small APS agencies. Throughout his extensive public sector career Richard displayed a passion and commitment to learning and leadership.
Richard is an accredited coach, and has a strong focus on relationships and developing people to achieve their best.
He is an experienced facilitator with expertise in planning and facilitating workshops and meetings for staff at all levels. His areas of expertise are in:
