Strategic Planning and Governance
We design and facilitate workshops for:
Strategic Planning
Interaction designs and delivers a range of Strategic Planning workshops ranging from the elements of strategic planning, developing a strategy, developing deliverables and communicating a strategic plan. Workshops can be designed for individual teams or for more general agency specific groups.
Communication
Interaction has designed and delivers a range of workshops dealing with Communicating with Influence. Workshops range from communicating in teams, with customers, with executives and with stakeholders. Interaction uses a variety of activities to make these workshops interactive and to provide participants with a range of tools to improve their communication skills.
Risk Assessment
Interaction works with organisations to identify potential risks, likelihood of occurrence and consequences in order to develop an action plan. Workshops include theory on risk management, assessing risk, developing mitigation strategies and monitoring risk.
Governance in the APS
Interaction has designed and delivers a two day workshop to explain the governance processes and procedures in government. Some of the topics include legislation, managing resources, reporting requirements, delegations, record keeping and working with Ministers.
