Tina Gore

Chief Executive Officer

Tina joined Interaction in 2006, following successful careers in both the private and public sectors.

During her 14 years in the public sector Tina managed teams responsible for a range of Corporate Service functions including human resources, accounts, rehabilitation case management, OH&S, HRMIS administration, assets management, office services including printing and stationery, and fleet management services.

Tina moved to the private sector and managed the service delivery for the provision of a range of Corporate Service functions. Prior to joining Interaction, Tina was the Client Relationship Manager for a private sector organisation and managed the provision of outsourced HR services to APS departments. During this period she managed the transition of payroll services for five agencies to a new provider and HRMIS.

Tina is skilled in measurement, benchmarking and continuous improvement of the provision of services, and has used Six Sigma methods to process map and improve service delivery.

Tina is a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, holds a professional diploma in Human Resources, and is currently completing her Masters in Business Administration at Charles Sturt University.
