Yole has a strong background in policy development and program management. She has worked in various public sector agencies and led teams providing a range of client services and managing high profile and sensitive public policy issues. Yole has extensive experience in leading cultural, policy and business process change.

Yole joined Interaction following a successful career in the APS at the Senior Executive Service level where she held key policy, operational and stakeholder management roles.

Yole is experienced in development and implementation of strategic directions, policy advice, legislative change, operational procedures and system support. She has managed major policy, operational and change projects within tight timeframes, and is experienced in risk management and quality assurance processes and plans.

Yole has had extensive liaison and representation roles within and outside government, including at parliamentary committees and with international organisations. She has a proven capacity to achieve results.

Yole is an experienced and highly effective negotiator and facilitator. Her recent and senior APS experience brings life and depth to policy and writing workshops.
Yole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Australian National University and a Graduate Diploma in Librarianship from the University of New South Wales.
