We have designed our public sector qualifications to complement learners’ existing work experience and tertiary qualifications, and to provide them with practical, job-specific skills that develop their potential as future managers and leaders. Our vocational qualifications teach learners the essential skills of how to communicate well, apply analytical and problem-solving skills, and navigate the everyday complexities of working in the public sector. We offer hands-on learner support and mature and sophisticated learning products that are designed to engage and stimulate the learner from the first day.

Certificate IV in Government (PSP40122)

The nationally recognised PSP40122 Certificate IV in Government gives learners a great head-start in their public sector career. The course covers everything from upholding the values and principles of public service, to driving your career progression and everyday skills such as document design, government processes, and using public sector financial processes.


Interaction is offering the Diploma of Government for those looking to continue their professional development pathway. The training consists of 11 units of competency. The nationally accredited Diploma of Government provides you with the knowledge to step into management roles within the public sector. You will acquire skills to apply across local, state and federal agencies. Your training will focus on the application of leadership skills, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution and complex writing skills.


Interaction is proud to offer the ACT’s first Certificate IV in Strata Community Management. This qualification has been designed for existing or emerging strata community managers. Participants will be equipped with the skills and knowledge require to lead with unwavering confidence in the unique landscape of Canberran strata communities.
