Brigid's expertise spans organisational, team, and individual capability development. Her focus on contemporary leadership, strategy, change management and neuroscience enables her to identify pragmatic approaches to complex problems related to client strategy, change, productivity, culture and performance.

Brigid has been a leader at Interaction Consulting since 2017 and is a leadership and capability development expert, a trusted strategic advisor and a qualified coach. She has over 20 years experience helping organisations and individuals to continuously improve and introduce positive and successful change. She embraces her client’s challenges and strives for ongoing and sustainable transformational change and impact, through big (and sometimes brave) thinking and a demonstrated commitment to developing innovative, bespoke solutions to business challenges.
Why do you do what you do? It is an immense privilege to be a consultant and coach, and even after all these years, I still learn something new everyday. Our clients share their most challenging problems and aspirations with us. They open the door into their worlds, let us in and reveal the good, the bad and the ugly. They trust us when they are most vulnerable, and that is something I never take lightly. I also have some great knowledge and ideas to share with our clients.
What makes a client relationship thrive? Working with clients who really care about a positive outcome, genuinely want to work as partners and who trust you enough to take a few risks along the way. What we do is rarely easy, so clients with grit and determination means that we can power through those tough days together.
