Brigid brings deep expertise in human behaviour, leadership, and performance. She is accredited in The Leadership Circle Profile™, Life Styles Inventory™, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®), Strengths Profile, and The Emotional Culture Deck. Her coaching is strengths-based, practical, and grounded in evidence, with a strong focus on building insight, confidence, and action. Brigid is also an accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor and holds a rare tertiary qualification in mindfulness, supporting both wellbeing and performance.
Her early career in the Australia–New Zealand food regulatory system gave her strong insight into the public sector and stakeholder engagement, which she now brings to her work with government and not-for-profit clients across Australia.

Erin Riley is a highly experienced certified coach and NLP practitioner with a deep passion for empowering individuals and teams to unlock their potential and lead with confidence. With extensive experience coaching leaders across both public and private sectors, Erin specialises in leadership development, emotional intelligence, and workplace communication.
Erin’s coaching practice is grounded in evidence-based methodologies and supported by her certifications in HBDI, TMP, LSI, and GENOS Emotional Intelligence. These tools enhance her ability to foster self-awareness, strengthen team collaboration, and develop emotionally intelligent leadership.
