Interaction Consulting is looking for a consultant ready to inspire, share their knowledge and provide service excellence to our public sector clients. Interaction is looking for a senior consultant who can step into a delivering and facilitation role, are capable of supporting our principal consulting team and who are keen to step up and lean in. As part of a competitive and highly trusted management consulting firm, you will experience:

This is a Canberra based position, and we are a 100% distributed workforce.

We specialise in facilitation, consultancy, learning and development, qualifications and coaching. We provide our services to all Australian Government portfolios and ACT Government Directorates as well as into the not-for-profit and corporate sectors.

Highly desirable:

  • an understanding of what it means to be an effective consultant
  • experienced working with, and/or for, government
  • 1-3years of previous consulting and facilitation experience.

In this role, you will be supported and guided by a team of consultants to build your consulting skills and to contribute to teams and projects, design and facilitate capability development programs, and undertake a wide variety of management and HR consultancies.

You will also have an opportunity to participate in our Community Contribution Program, providing pro-bono and reduced service rates to organisations within the community that make a positive difference in people’s lives.
